Bland melet med salt og peber og l\u00e6g det i en lidt dyb tallerken eller beholder. H\u00e6ld raspen i og bland det hele.  Bland \u00e6ggene let og l\u00e6g dem p\u00e5 en anden tallerken. Dyp hvert bryst i melet og derefter i \u00e6gget. varm olie i en gryde. L\u00e6g brysterne i portioner og brun dem p\u00e5 begge sider.
