Steg det i olie i syv minutter. Fjern den fra panden n\u00e5r den er gylden. I samme olie steges l\u00f8g, hvidl\u00f8g, kv\u00e6rnet gul peber, koriander og det steges i et par minutter. H\u00e6ld pisco, bouillon og \u00f8l i.\n\nTils\u00e6t anden og kog i 35 minutter, fjern den og hold den varm.\nKog risene og tils\u00e6t \u00e6rterne, guleroden, en hakket peberfrugt, den gule peber i strimler til vandet. N\u00e5r det koger, skruer du ned for varmen og sm\u00e5koger i 15 til 20 minutter.
